IsClaimEnabled - Encore

Whether the claim button on offer cards is tappable. Set it to false to turn the claim button off, and back to true to turn it on.

Notes

Android and iOS apply a change to a sheet that is already open. WebGL applies it from the next Show.
You can set it before Configure(), which sends it.
It survives Reset().
A native failure is logged at LogLevel.Warn and never thrown into your game.
